Processing Times

Processing times will vary. While we aim to get all orders out as soon as possible, it can take 1-14 days to process. During peak times or large order volumes, it is possible that processing times will take longer. All apparel items are made to order, so processing times can vary based on supplier times. If an apparel size/color is out of stock from suppliers, you will be notified and offered optional replacements. 

 

 

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped through USPS, unless otherwise noted. 
  • Estimated shipping times for the United States is 2-10 days. 
  • Shipping times can vary based on USPS system delays, including inclement weather.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.  If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed. 
  • Items marked as "delivered" by the USPS are considered delivered for the purpose of refunds, replacements, and cancellations. 
  • If there is an issue with your delivery after the order has shipped (like a lost package), please contact the shipping carrier directly. 
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are considered on a case by case basis. 
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. 
  • Cancellation is not possible once the order has shipped. 

Condition of returns

  • All items are to be returned in original and unaltered condition. 
  • Apparel must be unwashed, unworn and have the tags still attached. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • If items are not returned in the original condition, customers will be responsible for any loss in value.
